Hi, I’m Emily — a dedicated and experienced Virtual Assistant based in Kent, with a fully equipped garden office that’s been my professional hub.
I started Work Smart Office Solutions in January 2014, shortly after starting a family. What began as a flexible way to balance work and home life has since evolved into a thriving business supporting entrepreneurs, founders, and growing teams across a wide range of industries.
Over the years, I’ve provided online business management and VA support to clients in ecommerce, healthcare, education, digital marketing, property, and beyond. My real passion lies in helping product-based businesses — especially those selling on Amazon, Etsy, Shopify, or managing logistics with 3PL partners — keep their operations running smoothly behind the scenes.
